tatum peter pan dress made with liberty fabric

this sweet little dress is based on a vintage design. it has detachable bloomers, a zipper closure in the back and adorable elbow-length billowy sleeves. a ruffle has been added to the peter pan collar for an extra layer of sweetness. 

this dress is available in sizes 2t - 10/11.
